Perfect Sizing –

Online Orders Before confirming your order, we recommend taking accurate body measurements. Our gowns are crafted according to our standard size chart, not to individual measurements, so we encourage you to review your sizing carefully. Wedding dresses fit differently to that of a high street casual dress, for example, they are boned with fitted bra inserts. Don’t be disappointed if your size is larger than your usual sizing. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we suggest selecting the larger option. Should you need any guidance, please contact us so we can assist you personally. As each piece is made following a standard size chart, it is quite common for brides to require minor alterations, after you have received your dress. We recommend allowing time and budget for these adjustments to ensure a perfect, tailored fit, these need to be done by a local seamstress sourced by yourself. Please note that our size guide measurements represent body measurements, not garment measurements. As every gown is meticulously handmade, subtle variations are natural and part of the bespoke charm of our craftsmanship.

How to Measure:

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest. (Across the back and nipples) 

Waist: Locate your natural waist, feel your shape and where you dip at the narrowest point.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Allow for a tummy. Some girls have a larger lower stomach than hips, account for this when ordering,

Payment:

The way to place your order is here via our website, simply browse, select your gown, and complete your purchase securely online.

Lead Times:

12-16 weeks. To ensure your gown arrives with ample time for fittings and final adjustments, we recommend placing your order with time to spare for final alterations arranged by yourself. 

Delivery:

All gowns are made to order! Shipped, insured, tracked, and signed for. Order time typically takes 12-16 weeks worldwide, though customs delays may occasionally extend this period. If you are on a limited time scale contact us directly, if you need an order fast tracked *fees apply. We offer free delivery worldwide. Once your parcel is shipped, we will provide full tracking details, including your courier’s information and the expected delivery date. While we ensure all parcels are tracked and insured, we cannot accept responsibility for delays once items are in transit. We require an Email address for every order placed. All parcels require a signature upon delivery—please provide an address where someone will be available to receive your order. If no one is present, your courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery. Once signed for, the parcel becomes the customer’s responsibility. Receipt of dress: Once the garment is made, your dress will have been checked thoroughly by our team. Your dress will be sent out, arriving beautifully packaged in tissue and boxed. Your dress will have a security ribbon. Once the ribbon has been cut or tampered with, a dress is non returnable.

Returns:

If you choose to return a dress, you will be responsible for the return costs. Every gown is made to order, exclusively for you. As such, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances, and all sales are final. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you wish before placing your order to ensure complete confidence in your choice. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for incorrect measurements, size selection errors, or changes in body shape following your purchase.

Cancellations: 

If you change your mind, you have 24hours from placing your order to cancel by emailing pbbrides@outlook.com After this 24 hour window, cancellations are subject to a *50% refund*, provided work has not yet begun on your gown. Because fabrics are ordered immediately upon confirmation, we are unable to offer full refunds. If your gown has already entered production, no refund can be issued.
